I got Janice in My closet and I'm not affraid to smoke her...so back off copper!

This is my 1st grow, a friend of mine gave me my new 1st pot plant today, I named her Janice! ;) I hope she turns out to be a girl, I first had her in my bathroom, but that not under direct light so I moved Janice to my closet, and if the cops come a knocokin all i have to say is "I have Janice in my closet, and if you break open that door, you give me no choice but to smoke her!" LOL

Oh shit forgot pics, perfect timming going to go wake up janice now :D, brb with pics :) here's a pic of Janice in my bathroom, she's such a dirty girl ;) So now I locked her in my closet! lol

ok her's some new pics of Janice in her Closet space! How does this look? Is she gettin enough light, I didn't have a proper lamp so I had to improvise and use my bedside table lamp. Is that sufficent light for my Janice :)

You need a LOT more light! Get like 4 CFLs over her. She will thank you.

ok going to rig up a set up tomorrow after work, thinbking of buyin 3 cheap bedside lamps bustin open the bases, and makin a hanging lamp sysytem over her :)

you need:
1) at least 4 more lights for veg,
2) a small fan in there to get the air moving, otherwise it wont be strong enough to support itself
3) medium and get that mixed together also, your plant will need to be transplanted very soon.
4) reflective material that is not tin foil for your walls

That should get ya going for a couple days..... keep us posted.

-4 more lamps (bust opne the bases, and rig somethin up)
- 3 more cfls
- a fan
- Some refectex foil from work
-potting soil, and a new pot to transplant her too..what mix should I get?

your medium mix wants to me light, airy, fluffy with little to no nutes in it. Stay away from the MG stuff, it has time release nutes and will be difficult to control. Get yourself some manure/humus mix or if you can find it, i found this stuff that is like black gold to plants, its called Black Earth and all i have to do is add perilite to it and its done. If you have a hydro store nearby you can get a bag of Fox Farms Soiless mix and that will do y ou right also. Just make sure that you dont get medium that has peat in it, you will have to adjust your pH alot if you do and can be a pain in the butt.

Ok i didn't have time to buy some more lamps on Monday. Hoping I will get the chance today at some point to do, so Might even do it on my lunch break and come home and set it up. I wanna make sure janice gets all the light she needs as soon as possibble! I need to buy a fan too. But I got the bulbs, a power bar, and some reflectex That i have set up in my closet already! I hope Janice in enjoying her new place ;) here is a pic of her new set up so far :) need to get a bit more reflectex from work so i can cover the back of the door :)

Can anyone tell me how long till i can harvest. I knoiw it will be awhile, but I'm on a time frame. You see my landlords lleave at the end of the month, for 5 whole month, me and Janice will be crankin the tunes! So I have like a 5 month window to harvest janice, is that dueable, or will I have to move her outside for the last part? i hope not cause if she's female, I wanna keep her indoors...so is 5 months long enough time? I'm sure it is but I'm new to this so i could be terribly wrong!
