NUTES where to get? and what kind

i purchased an nft system from EZhydrokit and it came with all the nutes i need to use. i know there are other brands to nutes to get. and i know that most of them you get online.

my question is can i get all the nutes for veg. and flower. state from any local type stores where i don't have to wait for delivery? what would the name or brands be?

also, IF i had to buy nutes online, what are the best nutes for veg. and flower. state that also is cost effective. thank you!
