I bought something - I don't know what it is (PHOTOS)

After reading this website yesterday I took the tube to Brixton (south east London) and walked around until someone offered me what I think is skunk but I am confused about:

(1) What it is ( skunk/hash/weed )
(2) Whether he ripped me off ( I paid £20 )
(3) Whether it looks like good quality
(4) How strong it is

If anyone could help me out I would be greatly appreciative!

that appears to be very low quality bud. I wouldnt pay over like $5 USD for that.

doesnt look too good but hey, you got what you payed for; a sketchy dealer you've never met. find a friend with a connection, and then you usually start getting better bud for cheaper. maybe not cheap, but better.

i hope those pictures were taken with a £5 web cam...

Looks like a dime I bought once, one that wasn't worth the 10 bucks I spent for it.

that looked gross no offence you cant help it you didnt know what to look for but next time ask find a dealer through a friend or someone you know. Thats the price someone pays of not really knowing what or who to look for.

That would be an awful pictiure of some weed. Who knows if it's quality, but it def. looks like some kind of bud.

Let me give you a tip...anyone selling and offering herb off the street, is never a good deal, ever. There is a reason those people are selling little dimes off the street rather than having customers that come back to you time and time again...because it's underweight and is not all that good.

Just smoke it and don't do that again.
