what is the best temp.......

my buddy has a setup and the "night" temps stay at 69-70F & the day temps are 72-73f are these temps ok.....?

Those temps are great as long as they're constant. I've grown in much higher temps...

but is there suppose to be like a 7-10 degree break in temp from day to night?
