At that point you've got very few variables to list as potential sources of the problem:
What's the soil?
What have you fed it?
I don't see the soil being real wet. Those symptoms look like fert burn, straight up. I've seen identical symptoms from 2 things:
-using too much SuperThrive too early
-planting into a pre-ferted soil mix or applying ferts before the 5th node develops.

Thank you stinky your a real wiz with this stuff thank you for your advise i believe it must be from the soil. Used a medium my pops used he made custom for roses.

I'll bet he puts a bit of blood and bone meal in it, right? There's your problem, FLUSH your soil thoroughly. It's too strong for now, but you could go organic on your grow and use it when it is time to transplant.
