Ganja treats dont get me high....

In the past year I have been eating fire crackers and other ganja treats and I never really seem to get high and at most it is a really weak high, like less than smoking one bowl. The only time I really feel I get use from them is if I smoke on top of eating them. I have eaten 2 ganja crispies when I was out of weed for a few days and I didnt even really feel high at all. I have also eaten like 3 grams of weed in fire creackers and it seemed like it was all a waste. I have followed recipies step by step off this site and tried different variations but it just never seems to work for me. Does my body just have a block on me eating weed or am I doing it wrong? I would like to figgure out how to get a good high off of cooking because it would be a nice alternative to smoking all the time. Anoyne got some good tips on how to get a better high off of baked goods?

It's all in how you extract the THC out of the bud.
Prolonged low heat in something high in fat, otherwise it'll just pass straight through your digestive system without being absorbed into your bloodstream.

Dude.. if you were with me and my friends, you would get SO high off of some ganja brownies. We make ounce brownies, and an ounce makes two batches, and split them among 15 people. All of these people usually end up so F'd up that they can barely walk, we start hearing things, I mean stoned as hell.

You have to just make some weed butter, and make two batches of brownies (and use much more butter/oil than they say. I know its unhealthy, but you'll enjoy, I promise).

You know its done right if the butter is a DARK GREEN/GREEN BLACK color and the entire house and neighborhood smells like cooked weed. Eat ONE of these brownies from using an ounce of weed and you'll be blown out of your mind ofr several hours.

With the firecrackers I used recipies off of here and I know the THC extraction worked because I felt a little bit but it just want much compared to smoke a bowl. The other ganja crispies I bought at a festival and they tasted like weed so I'm guessing they werent bogus but they just didnt seem to get me really high. I guess sometime when I can grow I'll have to just make like a whole ounce and eat it to see what hapens.

It's all in the THC extraction method, firecrackers are a fairly crude way of doing it, often people 'kill' the effect by blitzing the weed at way too high a temperature, or not giving the THC enough chance to bind to the fat molecules.

You'd be far better off making some form of canna butter or oil, then using that.
