i was thinking about next spring planting some seeds in some cornfields near by. just wondering if that would be a good place to grow or would there be fly overs and ppl would see it ?

corn is harvested b4 pot.
bad idea
bicflikr is right - corn matures -turns brown and is harvested weeks before corn- also farmers generally put a lot of ammonia nitrates in their corn crops - good for veg not so good for flower- I planted in a corn field once- freaked when I saw the harvester in the field way before pot was readyQuote:

how about along the edge or fence row- if you know the people that raise the corn and they are cool about it- or you plant late and keep them shortQuote:

i live in illinois alot of corn fields. there is some timber just right down the road like 1/2 mile. but the problem with that is there is a creek down there and ppl fish down there. also when i have been down there it was really thick.
