Kinda technical in a non technical way

I dont know the correct termonology on all that but i know that your body has some type of cannabinoid receptors and these are the reason you feel the effects. Ive heard of people not having/or not working receptors and not able to get high. But is it possible for a person to have more/or better working receptors then others? Because I get pretty high off of anything that I smoke, even the shit weed my friends refer to as "reggie miller" they are sitting there bummed that they arent gettin very high but im feeling great! Never had a problem with any weed.
