Brand new bong destroyed in accident

Me and my two buddies went to a local headshop yesterday, and my buddy bought a pretty sick bong. It was his first bong hes ever had. We were so psyched to use it for the first time. As soon as we bought it, we went and picked up some bud. I went to my apartment, and they were going to meet me there in a half an hour.

They called me and told me their car broke down on the middle of I-75. I only have two seats in my car, but i decided to pick them up anyway. One of my buddys was going to have to lay in my trunk. ( my car is a hatchback.) My friend put his bong and the weed in the trunk with my other buddy, and we were ready to head off.
As soon as they closed the doors to my car, I heard screaching and I looked in my rear-view mirror. It was like I was watching a movie. I saw a Winnebago sliding sideways right towards me. I stepped on the gas and dropped the clutch but my tires just spun in the grass.
Next thing I know, I hear my car getting crushed, and we spun 180 degrees. I looked behind me in the trunk area, and the whole trunk was pretty much gone. My heart dropped when I looked back and my friend wasn't in the trunk anymore. My buddy in the passenger seat started to scream. We thought my friend in the trunk was dead.
I ran out of the car and my passenger had to crawl out of his window. Thank god I saw my friend that was in the trunk standing outside of the car, just in shock. He had jumped out of the car as soon as the hatch to the trunk got ripped apart. We were all bloody from glass peices, but no major injuries. I cant believe we are alive.
After a few minutes, we remembered the weed and the bong in the car. We knew we had to get it out asap before the cops got there. I went to lift the bag, and all that was in it was a few buds, and thousands of glass peices.
We had only takin it out of the wrapper once to look at it after we bought it! It had never even been used! At that time, all I wanted to do is get back to my apartment and take the biggest rip out of the brand new bong. Now it was nothing.
What a shitty day. We had lost our new bong, and my car is totaled. My car was my baby.
