Hey ppl had to start a new thread coz i couldnt put pics up so here we go, the first pic is one of the sprouts at day 2 this ones been the strongest so far so i hope its female. pic 2 is of the grow cab, up until today there was only 3 lights but got the one with the ghetto reflector today. and the final pics is the plants, they are one week from seed. i plan to get one more lamp to put at the other side. all lamps are 20 watt cfl. the strain is lowryder 2.
Just an update at day 10. Got a fan in there now, the lights are on a 20/4 cycle and so is the fan. I reckon they'll be due for a repot at about 17-20 days which is convenient coz thats when lowryder can be sexed (so i'm told) meaning males wont take up room in the bigger pot. Anyone else thats grown this strain i'd luv to hear from you as this is my first grow and i'm prayin it keeps up the way it has been. Havnt got any nutes but the peat pots are infused with miracle-gro, my mate has tomato feed he was gonna giv me is this any good? Don't mean to ramble but just wanted to put as much info as possible.:rastasmoke: oh and i'm gonna get one more bulb to put at the side with the ghetto reflector to avoid the plants bending to one side.
okay day 11 and theres been a not so bad change since yesterday, the pics are from my phone so dunno if u can see what i mean. i'm wonderin if i should repot them now or wait till they have been sexed. the big one ( queen liz ) is a little taller than it looks but the stems been buried by about 1cm. really need some feed back ppl as bein a noob to this its all trial and error.
Day 16: I've repotted them into 6" pots and have added a shelf to hang a light on. Its to early to tell what sex they are but ive looked over em and takin a guess i'd say the one at the left and the one at the top are female and the middle one is male. The biggest ones bottom leaves are goin a bit yellow and browning at the edges. Any thoughts/comments?
Hey everyone day 19 and the plants are looking great. some pics of the kidz and the grow cab ( changed it about again ) and in other news im quite sure they are all female and the one in the third pic is starting to give off a faint skunky smell.
okay ppl day 26: Had a male (gutted) but on the brightside it was the one that i suspected it was and the other two are female. So ive planted another seed its now at day 4 and doing well, my two ladies are starting to smell nice and are growing at an alarming rate and since payday is only a couple days away i can get more lights/reflectors and hopefully improve these beauties. 1st pic is queen liz, i love this plant, and the second is named crispin'. Some1 pls give me some comments as this log just seems to be a lost cause.
I wanna take the 1 in the first pic out on a date. cuz she looks dam fine.
and so does the other one next to it.

I just saw a deal on a 125w cfl bulb with reflector on Welcome to Green's Horticulture - Organic & Alternative Gardening Products for £40, since im growin lowryders would i be better gettin the red or blue spectrum one? Planning to keep my other seeds till i get this lamp.
