organic soil and periolite questions

My first grow been trying to read up on what i need to do but just have a few questions. Bought some organic soil and periolite, my seeds just poped and i put them in just periolite, when will i need to transplant to a bigger pot. I have a growing closet setup that is 2 ft deep, 4 ft tall, and 3 ft wide. I have 6 100 watt cfls that are 6500k and two floresent lights that are 30watts that are 3000k will i be ok with it, i have started 4 seeds of cyber crystal and 4 seeds of white rhino,after sexing the palnts how many plants should i keep for that grow room, plan on using tiedown methods to get the most buds for the space. And are those two strains that are going to be hard to grow?? any help would be greatly appriciated
