you made a deal with a mob boss, and didn't follow through, he's now holding you and your family at gunpoint, and gives you the option to choose.... you walk out of that house missing a body part upon your own free will, or neither you nor your family steps out of it period....

what do you do.... and no, you don't get the pleasure of having it done for you... you must cut it off/out yourself, right then and there.... and you got one cut, one chance to save your loved ones... if the boss is disatisfied, you all die anyways.... so choose wisely....

you decide what you cut off... the only catch is, if it's not good enoughf or the boss you don't get the option of going back to cut more off.... so i wouldn't count on fingers and toes.... your family's lives are resting on your decision....

Mmm, if I were in that situation and there was no option out, but I knew for a fact we would be released upon the completion of removing a "body part", I'd ask for the butchers knife, lay my left arm down, relax, and chop.
