any ideas on problem?

Hello, attached some pictures - any ideas would help

initially had compact flouros on the plant, until flowering, then switched to a HPS 400 watt system, all the problems started when switched - it bleached to yellow the plant and never fully recovered, stopped growing well also. The temp went up to about 95 degrees, i then got a cooling system for the light, dropped to 80-85 now. The heavy heat was for 7 days.

Its a DWC system, 4 gallons per plant, PH 5.8-6, using GH flowering nutes, PPM 1000 range. I change the nutes every 2 weeks.

your light might be to close

They got way to hot for to long. They are so stressed that they shut down. You need to get temps below 80. I wouldn't add nutes till they come out of shock. once you get temps down they should start to come out of shock with new growth.
After looking at the picture again your light looks to close a 400w lamp needs to be at least 16" above your plants
