Fighting Tiredness

Hey, first up not sure if this is the right place to put this, sorry if it aint.

I, along with I'm sure heaps of other tokers, get reaaal tired after blazing.. Which basically sucks cause it becomes a hassle to smoke unless its just before bed.. For me anyway.

Most people I've talked to just reckon its what weed does, makes you tired, its a drug and whatever, get over it. I reckon we can do something about it though.. There must be little things that contribute to fatigue, right? So I started drinking way more water and I'm sure that helped a bit anyway.. So, anyone else have any ideas or things you do to keep the fatigue away? I'm thinking like maybe having some particular vitamins or food that keep your energy levels up.. Or just some cool tricks.. Anyway.. Thanks 4 your help :D

I Stay awake if I have to dont really have any tricks for it.

lol I know what you mean, but hey, that's the side effects of weed :D...TIREDNESS!!!! and Laziness!

Haha , nah I don't know really, it sucks, you just have to go with it, mother nature. I think your going against nature's flow if your eating vitamins just to 'not' get tired after blazing.

I think it's one of the things we have to accept. It's like saying you wanna be high and be energetic and feel totally alive, fresh, live and kicking.

I mentioned my favourite quote before..."If you want the rainbow, you've gotta put up with the rain" lol , why can we never have both things??

It's like saying you want a superstar model lookalike girlfriend and she has to have a really sweet, caring personality and she's the most intellectual girl in the world, she's got it going on up there as well as down? But I don't think you can. We either settle for a fat ugly girl with a nice personality, or a beautiful looking girl with a dour personality....

lol, put some research into it.. learn about wat takes place in the body when u smoke weed, also learn how it reacts with the central nervous system.. its a depressant just like alcohol is. :thumbsup:

You have started well, drinking water is good for you anyway. Be sure to have a glass BEFORE you start getting high, then another after.
None of this is fact, but I find that
-Drinks with Vitamin C in them help (E.G Orange Juice, etc)
-Eating a good meal BEFORE (E.G Pasta)
-Something with sugar in it after (E.G Cup of tea, Chocolate bar)
will reduce how tired I get after I've smoked/ had a session.

Also things like Redbull is going to "perk" you up some after being high.

The best one of all though, do it more, and the "burnout" will effect you less >_<

I'm not as worried about tiredness as much as getting the psychodelic/euphoric rush back without breaking for so long. They should make a drink that completely obliterates your tolerance. Every time could be a first time.

My advice is stay around people, when i'm around people i can stay up all night even while blazing. Energy drinks like lucozade, gatorade. If you're on your own, don't lie down lol, you'll fall asleep.
