US/CANADA BORDER WEATHER

Does move faster during very cold weather or do they still give you a hard time no matter what.I was thinking that if the weather is real cold and some snow will they talk all day searching you.Just nervous about my seeds/liquor


I would plan the trip on a snow cold day.
