An idea... could use some advice :]
Would it be a good idea to get a container, fill it with a lot of air stones, and submerge rockwool slabs in it entirely?
I figured the problem with rockwool is that the roots aren't getting enough oxygen from being so wet all the time.
Will post pictures

I don't think rockwool will work for you for that but I'm not sure......good luck.

That was my thought.....those oxygen bubbles aren't going to penetrate the rockwool....nice try though. ;)

heheh yeah... i figured it wouldn't work!
Darn it.. what do I do about the fact my rockwool cubes are always drenched?
I can't believe so many people use rockwool and have successful grows.

Tried rockwoll and hated it. Here is what I do. I fill a 6" net pot half way up with hydroten then I take a small pvc cylinder about 1" 1/2 wide and 1" deep place it center in net pot fill it with Vermiculite 1/2way put my seed in cover with vermiculite flush with top of cylinder and water with 5.8 Phd. Sucess every time!
Peace :stoned:

Water less often or with less amounts. The RW should dry out almost completely between waterings, kinda like soil.
OR stop using RW. The stuff sucks.
