i like my pipe to have just enough resin to hold my screen in place, but when it starts to get bad i clean it out.

clean..but with the bongs i never really care if the slide gets dirty...i like it to be resined out so i dont have to use a screen of any kind..but the bong itself gets cleaned at least once a week. they get a lot of use so resin is usually up to the ice catchers in a week lol
