Time to plan muilti section grow-op at my new house. Help needed.
At the beginning of the year I'll be moving into a new place and I get a room to myself. The room measures 10x10 plus a walk in closet. It has a window and its connected to a bathroom. My current grow is a bathroom setup, well, bathtub, here are the pics.

Right now I'm in an apartment, and I hate it. My 2x3ish space is too small. Once I get into my new place, I plan on keeping the next grow out of the bathroom. I want to use half the 10x10 room, plus the closet, for growing. I'm hoping for a few suggestions with the setup and design.
The way I see it, I can use the closet for the cloning/mothers... if I have it MY way, I'll have 10 or 15 mothers in there. The other space would probably be a 5x10 that I would split for flower and veg. A 5x7 and a 5x3 or a 5x6 and 5x4?? I have a 400w hps I can use for the veg side, might pick up a smaller MH too. I'm not sure if I should get a 1000w for the flower side or 2 600's or 2 1000's? This is probably my biggest dilemma, I want the fucking forearm sized buds that 1000's produce, but I have to be realistic about heat/ventilation stuff. In each section I'd like to have a hydro setup and some room for a couple (2 or 3) soil plants also. Any input would help...I hope someone has a better idea, mine sounds so boring.

4-1000w per 8x8 space and only have 3-4 plants per light
1-400w for a closet mothership is all I use
buy a few big vortex fans and make a duct box to lead into.
Humidifier and de-humidifier, baby fans, Pandafilm, 5galbuckets with 2 gal inserts a good waterpump $100, to feed from a res.
Dont grow in hot climates (summer) unless you have a "good enough" a/c in the room
Keep the mother/clone area simple and worry bout the flowering room setups efficiency
Remember what money you put in each grow you need to yield so dont worry too much about nute products and worry about good water and proper nute levels for your specific strain.
