Some Random Weed Questions

Alright, I've got a few questions that I've been wondering about...

I've been smokin' for almost a year but I've never bothered to actually find out anything I've wanted to know about it, I just smoke it as it comes :jointsmile: Now that I'm on this site, I have a chance to ask this fine community

1. What characteristics should I look for in the grass I buy?

2. Honey sliders... I've heard about them recently (Fry some grass on a dry pan, stirring until it's brownish and just starting to smoke a bit, then mix it into hot honey and eat it) and I also heard that they can get you really fucked up (Yup, heard it from Neil Young)... Is this true, or is it just a regular high?

3. Does swallowing smoke really give you a body buzz and is it or is it not bad for you to do that?

4. Does eating it really make you trip out harder? And if so, how much do you need to eat to get high? Lots more?

5. I've heard tons of random rumours about how your eyes get red, including ones like 'The more you cough, the redder they'll be,' But is there actually anything that determines how red they'll get besides your genes and such?

6. Stems can get you high, right? My friends argue solidly that they can't, but I'm pretty sure I've gotten high off them a few times.

1. visible trichomes (crystals), the smell of it, buy in buds and not shake because it's easier to get ripped off buying shake.. alot of other people can give you better advice probably

3. i don't think swallowing smoke does anything but i know it doesn't give you a body buzz

4. and yes eating it does give you stronger high, but both times i attemped eating weed i made firecrackers(weed, peanut butter, crackers) and both times weren't some crazy experience, i wasn't sure if i was high or not both times to tell you the truth.. 1st time i did them i don't know if they worked or not, i was walking to my house and "imaginary" bees started attacking me, stinging me it seemed like going all in my hoodie.. i freaked out in front of this gas station and speed walked home cause i think people seen me then i got some food i think and passed out lol

5. umm i don't think so? lol.. does it matter how red your eyes get anyways?? it's just your blood vessels opening

6. and stems can get your high, but not as high as bud does.. stems have very little THC in them so its pretty much a waste and all you're smoking is the plant material

I'm in places where I can't look high most of the times that I'm high.

to answer all these in one..

the best thing to say is to try it in a vacant area and make sure you dont go in front of people, by the looks of your questions , you might get paranoid... lol
but red eyes are fun, the more you cough i feel your eyes get more watery but eventually dry out due to not blinking......
get some visine or rohtos eye drops...
if you want gather your stems for a good couple weeks"even longer if you dont smoke much" then find a grinder with a kif catcher then grind it all up and you got some kif
best way to use stems"Get an ounce bag full of stems or more

1. get a respectable dealer and he's bound to have some special offers, i usually demand just bud no shake nothing ground.


3. swallowing smoke doesn't get you higher, nor will it give you any body buzzing. it might make you want to burp some though :D

4. you might not be baking it right. we made brownies this one time PROPERLY with cannaoil. they literally got us baked, no pun intended and hit us like a brick.. the only thing about eating your high is that it doesn't last as long as smoking. it lasts for 2-3 hours but it's an insane high...

5. when you chew a tums, your mouth gets kind of dry because the tums absorbs all the liquid in your mouth. the same with smoking. when you smoke, the smoke and whatever bastard chemical is in the smoke that makes us do this, dehydrates your body- thats why you get cottonmouth, the munchies, your eyes red becuase they're dried out.. and of course, when you realize you've just ran a mile uphill, but you're not sweaty at all?

6. stems will not get you to a minimal high. lets just say it takes a shitload of stems to vaporize to get you to a minimal high. imagine how many plants you've have to smoke ?? haha
stems insanely kick my high down and wastes it.. it can give you a throbbing headache too. bottom line, just toke bud

About #6- The way to do stems is , if you wish to smoke or use them in cooking, is to pulse bend them until the results look like green powder and 1/4 to 1/2 in "sticks". Sift out and discard the white sticks. A better way is to add the stems to vodka then evaporate the vodka or just drink it. You can also make cannabutter out of them. - Granny:hippy:

It has been shown over and over, your eyes get red because your blood vessels dilate thereby lowering the pressure in your eyes. That's why it's good for glaucoma. That drying out thing, that's the first time I ever heard that one. Whatever flips your switch dude. Sorta needs to make sense though. Visine, Clear eyes, or some others too.

I know you asked about the red eyes, but since I don't know what causes it, I'll throw you some advice on how I avoid "looking high". I avoid looking high by...LOOKING HIGH! Seriously, since I was like 13 years old I've looked high every day...even for the 2 years that I was completely clean. Looking stoned all the time keeps you from looking stoned when you are...it's great. Kinda like ninja tactics or some shit...
