It is the best time of the year to take a toke. Fresh spring air, sunshine on your shoulders, warm/cool breezes, and never forget the blooming trees, brush, flowers, and blue sky! It's about celebrating life, for me at least.

its just tradition.. in fact the first time i ever tried weed was with white widow (i didnt know how lucky i was at the time) and we toked at 420 am. its an okay time to spark up but 420 PM seems like so early to start, and 420 AM is so late. anyways its just like a tradition and sometime i plan to hit it for 420. April 20th is a diff. story... any minute during the day is appropriate hahah
420 to me means you get your regular group of 4 or 5 smoking buddy`s, combine with some other groups and match and so on till you haveabout 20 people in the back yard combining almost a half pound of match money and you all just dig in.....pot luck on food of course;)
yeah i would consider it to be a party but with just a lot of pot and a lot of people and food
