I really wanna know wats good to eat thats healthy? especially when you have the munchies! cuz im pretty sure some ppl have problems with thier weight when it comes to munchies! lol

any fruit, whole grains, granola, lean meat like turkey, protein shakes, yogurt.....i could go on and on
Like V-Dub said, Blueberries, raspberries, nuts in their shell (keeps you from gourging). Persimmon season is starting, wait until they feel like jelly inside. Kinda like apple pie jello - YUM!
Chili omelete with lots of beer to wash it down.:thumbsup:
my favorite snack is slices of Gouda cheese with a pepperonccini greek pepper on top of a ritz cracker.
probably not the healthiest thing but its my fav!

Fruits and veges, make a salald, no fried food or fast food especially.
and if you do go to a fast food place get a salad or grilled chicken and no fries
and drink water instead of soda a lot of people dont realize how bad soda is for you, so much damn sugar.
Eating right and staying healthy isn't as hard as everyone thinks. The problem is that there is TOO MUCH VARIETY out there and people have a hard time saying "no" (which I can understand, it's out there so why not eat it, right?).
If you keep a baseline diet that you only go off of for special occasions, or for a once-a-week cheat day, you'll be fine. I should know... I used to weight 355lbs, I am now 205 with a good amount of muscle... and oh yeah, I've kept it off 12 years just by sticking to the theory below:
Six small meals a day....
Two or three of them should be the same: brown rice, chicken / turkey (white meat), vegetables (3/4 cup brown rice, up to eight ounces of poultry and all the veggies you like) - garnish with a tablespoon of your favorite "light" sauce (I use PC light peanut sauce). If you batch cook once a week and freeze, it's easy.
The other meals should stay basic: fruit / granola / no fat yogurt for dinner, liquid protein for breakfast (ISO XP rules, but mix it 3:1) and augment throughout the day with fruit, protein bars and whole grains.
Never eat white anything (rice, bread, etc)!!
Never eat meat after 5pm!!
Cheese is the devil!!
Drink 8+ glasses of water a day!!
And if it's loosing weight you're going for your workouts should be 80% cardio, very little weights and should last in the 45 minute zone at least 4 times a week. If you can work something into your lifestyle (like riding a bike everywhere) it won't hurt as much.

Munch out of fruit, that's what I do. In fact about 60% of my diet is fruits and vegies. They're more filling than you'd think and your body will thank you for all the nutrition. not to mention it does wonders for your digestion!
Also I suck on vitamin-C tablets, it's like a healthy form of candy:D. If you want to be really healthy about it though, get the ones without any apsertame falvouring. Aspertame does make it taste a lot better, but that shit's carcinogenic and generally not good for you.
right now I'm munching on a lovely apple, with a second about to be devoured.. Nuts are good too.. fruits and veg of varying sorts are healthy, as are fresh smoothies made from such ingredients... failing that, pizza, fries, burgers and a cinnamon swirl all on the same plate is good

All delicious things, like chili cheezfries, honey mustard onion pretzel shards, nachos, hot wings, beer, cherry garcia ice cream, crappucinos, poutine, charred red meat, bloomin onions, and enchiladas will send you to an early grave.
