Does anyone know the best way to use BENTONITE?

so i have to take a drug test in 1 week and need to get cleannnn. I have bentonite i have used it before but i want to know the most effective way to use it. I heard a couple cap fulls in a glass of water and then repeat it a couple times in the next day or so and just drink a bunch of water. I know it strips your body of pretty much everything and it will cause a false positive if you dont have enough vitamins/creatin in your body- i got pills for that. I also read that metamucill type fiber supplements help cause they stop THC from reabsorbing into your body from your stool.. is that true? i need some answers guys help me out!
