I don't think it should be decriminalized globally.
I think it should be legalized globally.
I feel like if it was decriminalized or legalized the world would be crazy. The tax & the run down on weed would be just like cigarettes, all the added shit. Decriminalized would be nutts too, everyone running around with weed, pounds of it thinking they wouldn't get in trouble.
