Too Tall

I'm 3 weeks into flower and I had to veg for an extra week while waiting for my light to arrive and everything is doing great but one of my plants is just way too tall she is over 5' now which would be great but it is too high for the light and at this rate it will hit the ceiling in a few days.
I am growing in stinkys mix, perlite/manure and I was wondering is there anyway I can train this to grow down or anything there is already a great start to a huge cola so I need to find a way to stop it from growing up and wasn't sure what I should do besides this the plants are extremely healthy I somehow just let this one get out of control big it shot up 3 inches last night with the lights out.

the top and buds are now centimeters away from hitting the ceiling any ideas it is an amazing looking plant and I want to save the main cola especially

Tip it over diagonally on its side and support it in that manner somehow. Use soft supports like strips of rags rather than string. Don't let the top cola get below ANY other part of the plant.

I am headed of to buy a new camera for you stinky,lol it's time anyways I don't think I'll be seeing mine again.

sorry for no pics yet had a problem with the camera then my wife accidentally touch a piece of plastic to the hps so im in recovery mode now
