Sunleaves float n grow....

anyone have pointers on starting off with these things? i came across some so figured i will give it a try before the rapid rooters...i will be starting with seeds and will be going into soil not hydro.

i know some people like soaking the rooting plugs with certain things so i want to know if anyone that has used these has had better results using different items?

i have something very similar called the whopper bio dome. it works very well. this one has a humidity dome to go over the top though, and you can get different sizes of plugs(large/small) also anywhere from 18-60 starting spots. im trying to remember, i think it was about 30$
