How bad Did I Screw Up?
I have 1 plant and, i saw a couple little bugs on it and i went to rince them off and bent the main stem a little too far and it broke about half way through, enough where i had to put in support to keep it from falling and breaking completely, it it possable for it to not be screwed, or should i just chuck it? Its bout 4weeks old

It is quite likely to survive. Cannabis can stand some abuse.

You can try to splint it by using a soda straw, bamboo skewer or other thin straight object. One guy used damp tissue to bind the plant to the stake. Wrapped it around and dampened it, then let it dry. It has the advantage of being easy to remove. I've used twist ties with success, but you have to make sure they don't injure the growing stem.
Keep the stem straight and water your baby. You're OK as long as you have some leaf nodes below the break (the seed leaves- cotyledons - won't work; it has to be real leaves). If the top dies, the lower branches will take over and you will end up with 2 "main colas".
The bugs are more of a worry. I'd get some "Garden Safe (brand) Fruit and vegetable insect spray". It killed the spider mites I had a few harvests ago. I always have a spray bottle of it around now. You want to get on this before you start 12/12! Killing bugs "in bud" is difficult for several reasons- don't let it get to that point. - Granny:hippy:
