can pot help certain mental conditions?

I suffer from bi-polar was wondering if pot helps?seems to me i agree with myself and it does help keep smokin:jointsmile:

I've got a couple freinds with bipolar and ADHD. It has gotten them off there prescribed medication. But its different for everybody. I recommend if you do try inform your doctor so he can get you back healthy if it doesn't work. Or have a good friend that you trust to let you know whether its working or not.
I would think a sativa strain would probably help you the most.
