what if I overfed?

I have been vegging my first two babies in individual bucket systems for about 2-3 weeks now and i am pretty sure based on the signs the plant is showing that i overfed one of them with the nutrients... What should i do to try and solve this? (I already changed the old water with correctly mixed nutrient water)... should i do anything to the other plant even if it isnt showing the signs of harm? (it got the same wrong overfeeding amount as the first)

Just for you info if it helps I overfed for 2 days because my ppms were really low...I fed the amount u normally would for flowering not vegging to try and correct the ppm problem but obviously screwed something else up
