Uhhh - I don't think you can plant outdoors this time of year. :wtf:
As far as your question goes, read, read, read. It's all here. You just need to do a little research. The FAQ section is a good place to start.

Sometimes, you kids show absolutely NO forethought!
Hydroponics is often tricky for the novice. I'd opt for soil and some CFLs or tube type fluoros. Keep them 1 - 2 inches from the plants for tubes; about 3 - 4 inches for the CFLs. Don't get Miracle Grow- almost anything is better! Put your baby gently into some good potting soil - yes, buy some GOOD soil! Don't skimp on this! Just go to the "Organic soil" grow section and look at what is being said there.
And as for planting seeds outside, child, there is a reason winter coats and snow tires are starting to go on sale! Cannabis is a warm weather plant- like tomatoes. Think about planting when you start seeing seedlings outside your grocery store!
Now, both of you, get over to the grow FAQs and get reading! More education won't hurt either of you! - Granny:hippy:

Storm Crow is right ... you don't just 'grow' plants, you need to understand 'how' they grow, and you do that, by READING ... everything you need to know, is already in these Forums, I haven't seen a 'new' question in ages ... be grateful you can find resources, when us old farts started growing, there were no books, we lost lots of plants to ignorance ... take advantage of your education, use it here, and research :smokin:
