Ok so im looking at CFLs to grow my plant, and it says like 32 watt equilivent to 150 watt. Does that mean this CFL light is 150 watts?

no, it means the cfl is 32 watts but is as bright as a 150 watt incandescent light would be.
It is 32 watts.
And yes, 'equivalent' watts are a confusing scam.
In my experience, the best CFL's for growing are 23 to 42 watt daylight spectrum bulbs. So if your bulb is daylight, you're good to go. (other spectrums will also work just fine). Try to get more than 50 watts per square foot of floor space in your grow area.
