Question about jar curing method
Sorry if this is posted somewhere. I looked and couldn't find an answer to my question.
I've got my crop harvested and placed in jars to cure. For whatever reason I decided to put the fruits of each of my three plants in its own jar. Two of the plants were low producers - just 1/2 oz each - and the jars are just shy of half full. The other plant did a lot better - 1 1/2 oz - and fills the jar almost completely. However I'm concerned that this doesn't allow much air circulation when I open the jars to breath and I'm worried about the stuff in the bottom of the jar molding.
Do I need to split it up into two jars, or maybe use a pencil or something to mix it up a bit?

That's good instinct. I like to leave plenty of head space in the jars and then tip them on the side to expose the maximum surface area to fresh air during the 'burp'.
I'd split that one into a couple jars until you are confident of the cure.
