hydr and soil

Hi all any downside to growing soil plants in same room that has a hydro set up runing would this create pests, would there be any issues to be concern about just getting all setup and want o maximize my area.

Take a look at the thread "Crispi's current growings on" ("...growing ons"???). If my memory serves me correctly (a quite speculative premise even under the best of circumstances), he had plants in both soil and dwc in that grow.

go for it, shouldnt have any problems
it shouldnt create pest if you keep your stuff clean and dont bring anything in from outside

depending on the hydro setup the worst thing that can happen is breaking a water line and having a major leak, but how often does that really happen, and another thing the more connections the more possible places to leak

i've done it and the hydro didn't have an effect on the soil or vice versa

Thanks all, mixing it up it shall be just finished new room and waiting on my babys to sprout.
