I've heard that people like to do anywhere between 15-30 minutes every 2-3 hours. I guess that you would just have to adjust to what your plants like.
Mine are 4 weeks old and I flood every 4 hours for 15 minutes. The first two weeks I did one flood every six hours. I have also been using 24 hr lights. If you give them a dark period, I have heard you should keep the schedule the same but do one hour before lights out and hour after lights on, but I don't have any personal tips to give you there.
