Rain until my harvest date, do I pull early?!
Hi Folks,
Looking for some advice, I'm a new grower in Ontario with a single, beautiful six foot female growing in my yard. My scheduled harvest (based on the flowering and strain) was to be October 15th, pending the quality of the tryches. Up until now we've been having an extended summer... most days in the 80's but we even hit 95 this past Monday. All that ended yesterday, temps dropped and the rain began... lots of it. The next five days are forecast for temps between 46 - 52 and rain.
So my question is... should I pull early? Without the sun is there really much growing going on?
When I looked at it tonight it looked as though it could get its ass kicked by Charlie Brown's christmas tree!
Thanks for the input!!

It all really depends on how far along your plant is. If all the trichs are clear, I'd definitly keep going. But if they are all cloudy or mostly cloudy, you might want to pull a branch or two now, just in case the rot comes. to help prevent rot, you can also use this fungicide made by "safer". Mine was also set for oct.15th, but i started getting some mold like 3 weeks back and ive been at war with it ever since. I've removed about 8 or 9 g's dried all ready, but im letting my plant go on because last year i pulled early, and i reallllllly want to grow my plant to its fullest potential this year.
So its really up to you waht you want to do, but i wish you luck either way

I guess I am leaning toward wait and hope for more cloudy triches.
It may not just be a "grow" photosynthisis thing and may be just time connected to the roots.
Mine is so beat up. I appreciate the C brown christmas tree ref.

Thanks folks! Good advice all around! I think I'm going to be a man about it and leave it in the ground!
