Can smoking Marijuana cause Anisocoria

I smoked some Indica and now my pupils are different in size.It`s called
ANISOCORIA.Does anybody knows how did this happen?Do u have any simillar experiences?

What size?

a little lasting for a week or so

I get that sometimes but it doesnt last a week...
