Alcohol and Tobacco Statistics

Wondering if someone can help me out...

I'm looking for the figures on the health impact of Alcohol and Tobacco worldwide.

I've seen some numbers flying around before but I need a reliable source.. backed up by some evidence - a study or something. I'm hoping to get some facts together, and preferably a yearly death toll of the two comined. Sounds a bit grim but my intentions are pure emerald green. Media Is Corrupt. Educate Yourself. ;)

Help from anyone would be great, anything you think would be appropriate.
