People ask this question alot here. Infact, more than enough.
It depends on what high you are after. If you are after a stoned couchlock, you'll find White Rhino will put you on your ass. Indica strains have the tendancy to do this. Now, if you want a cerebral, happy, and clear-headed high, you'll want a strain with more sativa in their genetics. Strains like Super Silver Haze, for example, would give you good results for this type of high. It is impossible to determine the strongest "strain", because some specific plants can be 2x more potent than her seed-sister or whatever. (I'm fucking stoned right now, I can't think) But yeah, some phenotypes are alot stronger than others. That's where "clone-only" strains come from, incredibly potent mutants.

Dont worry you made sense. I think im more into Indicas I like the sense of relaxation instead of being super hi and not knowing what to do. Although Sativa strains really can simulate brain activity.
