Is it safe to smoke?

I am currently on probation for 6 months for simple possesion pf marijuana. During this time period I have to pass 3 random drug tests. So my question is this: after I pass all 3 drug tests, is it safe to smoke or would it be better to wait untill the probation actually ends? The terms of the probation say 3 tests so they couldn't give me any more right? Also, do you think that all drug tests will be over with for a long time before probation actually ends OR will the last test be on like the last week of probation?

Play it safe. You haven't even had all 3 tests and you are ready to try to tempt fate. You will lose a lot of smoking time if you are locked up.

Probably be a good idea if you just wait...you never know, if they have suspicion they could test you again and I imagine they would spread the 3 tests over the duration of your probabtion

Wait. Don't take unnecessary risks. When you're done with probation, you'll have something to celebrate, and far less to worry about. :)

Yea I'd wait too, I'm pretty sure they can random you at anytime, not worth chancing it

That sucks man....maybe you should just wait till its over to be safe....then have a big smokeout to celebrate:D

Dude, Don't be stupid. You must be young to ask such a question. Ask anyone who violated probation for a dirty drug test. Oh wait....You can't, BECAUSE THERE IN JAIL!!!!

You have no guarantee it's only three tests. Theres no rule for that. What if You take three test and on the last day of probation they tell You Your free if You pass this last test? You have the rest of Your life to smoke weed....Don't blow it.

well the terms of my probation specifically said 3 clean drug screens but most people here seem to think that they can still drug test me at any time so ill prolly be playin it safe. thanks to everyone who posted.

There You go. With Your previous way of thinking You will go from a Young person who made a mistake and experimented with weed to a X-con. Even if Your probation says 3 tests, What will You do if they give You four, Call the cops, Complain to the Judge.
