Lot of info and two questions...

So, I've been growing for about two months (or less) and I'm getting some shiny stuff on it, and to me it looks silver-ish, but I'm sorta color blind so you tell me what the color is, but the main thing is I'm wondering what it is, so thanks to anyone who can tell me...

Anyway, this is my first grow I was wondering if I start flowering tomorrow (my B-day) should they be finished by christmas or new years (2 months)??? they are only a foot tall (one's bushy and one is I guess perfect not bushy or streched, although I would like it bushy too), and I don't want them to be to tall in my closet and I heard that I should expect them to triple in size so about 3 ft tall in the end, I would like to have an estimate on how much yield per plant should be expecting (I have 2 plants). I am not using no nutes or anything but sink water and CFL's (one 65 watts and one 150 watts) I'm going to get two more CFL's (150 watts) tomorrow and I guess another two more CFL's (150 watts) in a month or like two weeks and they are in sta-green soil (label said it will feed for up to 9 months) that I flushed by filling the pot up twice with water. Please give me some good advice so I can decide if I should or not flower and when would you think it would be the best best time to flower for the best and biggest yield (just for info to think about it for my second grow or even now)... its hard to tell....whats your PH....if your PH is off could be a nute problem

could also be mold or mildew....you have a tiny plant in a huge pot with a lot of soil. are you overwatering? you have so much soil and little roots so they cant absorb it all the excess moisture could cause this
