Setup Advice needed please

Hey guys im looking to setup a little grow in my flat.
Have a cupboard for space and would like some advice on how to best use the space i have got.

Id like to have a clone area aswell as a flowering area.

Id also like to know what instruments would be best for the area given, i.e lighting, ventilation etc.

Ive made a little diagram of the cupboard, its not to scale but does have measurement.
