Stress and bud maturity
This is just sort of an off the wall question, but....
Can repeated stress during a grow cause your buds to mature earlier than normal?
According to the breeder's strain information, my plants shouldn't be ready to harvest until next week some time. But looking at them this morning half of the pistols have changed color and the trichs are running between 70% to 90% cloudy (no amber ones yet). More interesting is that most of this has happened within the last 48 hours or so. On Saturday there were no amber pistols and the trichs were still small and clear. At the rate they're changing these things could be ready to harvest in another couple of days.

Stress and bud maturity
No. Stress will not cause your plants to finish sooner. Why did you stress them anyway huh? LOL J/k. In all seriousness, it sounds like you just lucked out with an earlier phenotype. Never know, the breeder probably has a few different phenos(most do, of course) in that strain and the time listed was just an average.

Stress and bud maturity
stress can stunt growth so they will not mature earlier
and should wait until your trichs are 10-15 percent amber
