int the first couple weeks my plants where found and they got tossed around alittle bit and had an odd light schedule for a couple of days. now this was fairly early in my grow and now they seem to be doing alrihgt im just afraid that i have ruined my chances of having a good yield. opinions/insight

only time will tell.

Just try and not to put anymore stress on her and give her the right nutrients and lights etc. and all should be good.
