ok i have to say it (halo)

i'm watching a movie on tv... (golden eye on spiketv...) and it's also hosting the countdown to halo 3....

i saw someone holding up a bandana or something saying 'finish the fight'...

wtf? you've got to be a fucking idiot to think this will be the last halo... tha'ts like throwing away a winning lottery ticket....


so how many people here think this is the ending? cuz if you do, you are probably oen of the biggest idiots i have ever met LOL

IDK I think that a dignified death is always best but hey thats just me and that their pesky honor code. I'd like it to continue but I strongly doubt their going to make another Halo for XBOX 360. You take from that what you want but if you look no one has truly denied a new console in the works thats all I'm saying.

i ain't saying shit about 360.... halo didn't even start on 360, so that really has nothing to do with the series continuation, period.

i'm asking if anyoen here is honestly stupid enough to think this is the end of the halo series... although honestly, id' love it to be... because personally the game is far overated imo....

Yea it is but I think it is still a good game you kno smoking with a friend and playing CoOp is the shit! overrated anything shouldn't matter, if its a good game then its a good game.What dont you like about it?

erm.... that it's the same game since the first (and of course for obvious reasons i haven't played the third) but i've played them, extensively when i visit certain people cuz there is NOTHING to do... the missions are crap, the game is overrated, and it's nothing that any other system COULDN'T do yet, xbox fans act like it's god, and anytime you try ot get in an honest debate about any system ti's the first and only comeback anyone has....

my problem with it is, that it is entirely overrated.... but i wasn't trying to bring it to this particular thread.. i just wanted to know if anyone (xbox fan/hater alike) was stupid enough to think it was the end (As i said, i saw some dude on tv sporting something showing he thought it was...)

I mean thats the beauty of conversation it spills into what we couldn't even imagine......hmm the missions are shit but its simple fun that is more so dependent on the multilayer action. You have to at least give it that much credit and before you say "You say that bc you play" I suck absolutely suck at the online aspects of halo.

I think you're seeing the end of the Master Chief storyline, but then they are working on Halo Wars RTS and I imagine they won't stop playing in the Halo Universe, they can branch off from "Halo" itself, and use another game title to replace it, but I think Master Chief is done with Halo 3 and it'll be another world from the same Universe they use, ie no more Halo's...

And I concur after playing Halo, I was intrigued at first, but with Halo 2 my interest waned, and Halo 3, I'll rent it.

We shall see. Can't say a thing until this game comes out.

halo wars is coming out soon so halo 3 oviously isnt the last one, but the ending was leaked and they supposedly wrapped it up pretty good this time.
