Not sure weather you've heard or seen this its basically this tunnel in russia and when it leaks water and reaches at certain temperature in winter the road freezes and there is nothing they can do about it, its been like that for a while.
Pretty fucked up if you ask me!

Yea, the bus was cool, but hell, where would you stand to watch that shit? That was taken by one of those traffic cameras. I sure as hades don't wanna be DRIVING or STANDING on the road, LOL...
