Anyone just lose memory?

This happened a few weeks ago but somehow I got to thinking about it. I smoked with a couple friends a while back, and was baked. Flying high like a kite. Baked like a potato. All those cliches and more applied to me that night. We are sitting on the couch watching some TV show, and for some reason I am feeling incredibly active (lately, as I've smoked more, I've wanted to go on "adventures"), and my friend is wondering why I'm not at this bonfire he is throwing. I try to explain that the three of us held "a private rally for marijuana legalization" but it flies over his head.

Eventually I come down there. I guess I wasn't there for long, but I said hi to people and all of that good stuff. The thing is... I don't remember leaving the couch. I thought I told my friend I wasn't coming. I wake up at home with a giant blank space, like if I drank a ton. The next day this girl adds me to MySpace and asks me if I had fun... I don't remember this girl at all. I guess I made a good impression or something. But, seriously, I know certain parts of my memory are foggy when I smoke but I've never forgotten - completely! - an hour chunk of time, nevermind getting to the bonfire spot (I have no idea how that happened, either).

Has this happened to anyone else?

Never happened to me, the previous night if "hazy" and sometimes I have to work to piece it together in my head, but never had a whole chunk I can't remember from just smoking cannabis.
I guess it you were seriously baked, like REALLY HEAVILY stoned then it's possible to just forgot parts of what you did the night before. Are you relitavly new to smoking cannabis?

Not at all. I first smoked a little more than a year ago. I wasn't a regular smoker until about July (this happened the first week of September I think) but I've been smoking 3-4 times a week. Which isn't a lot by this forum's standards but I shouldn't be a lightweight.

We did smoke a ton. Hotboxed with a blunt and then a pipe, then went into his room and used his bong. Maybe it was just stronger stuff than I was use to. They were both couchstuck. I thought I was too! I've had hazy periods, but never just completely whiffed on a chunk of time.

i usually smoke 2 bowls a day of mids....

so yea i dont remember anything about that party....
