When placing germinated seeds in plugs....?

I have a quick question.

I germinated a couple seeds I had found in a batch.
Anyway, what I wanted to know was, do you treat it like you would when trying to root cutting? Meaning, do I place the plugs with the germinated seeds in a humidity dome until the roots pop out?
Also any suggestions on lighting for this would be great.

You don't need a humidity dome. You just need some way to keep the plants from wilting, due to not really having enough roots to suck up appropriate water. You could mist them often, or get some anti-wilt, or you can put individual humidity domes on the plants using a sandwich baggie or something.

If they do fine without the above stuff, then I wouldn't worry about it. However, even when the roots pop out, you might still need a dome or something, depending on if your plants are hardened yet. You harden them by leaving the dome off until they start to wilt, then put the dome back on. Keep increasing the dome off time until they can do without. You can also stick a pencil under the dome to get more fresh air in, then gradully increas the size of the thing you stick in there. You harden after the plant has about 2 or 3 inches of good roots.
