Need thoughts on grow room

alright guys it is possible that i might try to grow something in this, if you guys could tell me ur thoughts that would be great.
questions i have are
1. Can i use a HID light if i dont have a ventilation system in there.
2. How much it will smell if i have a iconic breeze in the space and a fan.

could definatly grow there
need ventilation, one of the most important things(hids get too hot)
for smell if you dont use a carbon filter try northern lights or a low smell strain
i would recommend a good fan and carbon filter to be safe and stealthy
