Need some assurance for a UA test

I have a pee test this Thurs for the armed services. I’m a little over 5’10 in height and 185lbs. The last time I smoke was on Aug 19, and I smoked some resin give or take 2 weeks before that. I was a daily smoker up till 2 months ago. I know I didn’t need to buy them but I’ve been taking a 7-10 Day Premium Detox herbal clean program. It was cheap so I figured it couldn’t hurt. I’ve been taking a couple of home test and have been passing them but the line is really faint, mind you I’m am using pee at all different times of the day and sometime its not midstream either.

I’m pretty sure I will pass this test but I need to be 100% and I’m only 95% sure I will. I believe they use a RIA test instead of a EMIT test but not 100% sure; also I’ve heard they will most likely use a GC/MS to confirm results if they think it’s positive. I plan on using the dilution method since they have to watch me pee.

The herbal detox came with a 1 hour flush pills. They contain 300mg of B2, <1g of protein, 150mg of potassium, 1415mg of a proprietary blend (creatine monohydrate, alfalfa leaf, slippery elm bark, reishii mushroom, uca ursi leaf, cayenne pepper, sorbitol.)

My plan is to follow the dilution method, using poweraid instead of water (water when I’m at the place since I have to be there at 6am and I think the test will be around 8-9) take the 4 aspirins. And instead of taking the creatine and b2 pills, I planned on using these 1hour flush pills since they already contain them. I don’t plan on eating breakfast that morning since I will be too busy preparing for the test that early in the morning. But I’ll probably have a steak with vegs at the hotel the night before and double up on my multi-vitamins before I go to bed

With all that said, would you think I’m a sure shot to pass this UA test?

Hi, I'm new here but read your post and we are in somewhat of the same boat! I only have that faint line on my home test and the second test i used showed no line at all so I canceled my Drs. appt. I'm not really sure on how this website works yet, im just getting aquainted but please let me know what you find out! Also, I cant find the link on this dilution method everyone is talking about but i know I need Aspirin, Rolaids and Sports drinks. Hope I find it soon.....Anyone really know about the detox programs, what works, what doesnt.......

Cino, I think you are in good shape if you are passing home tests so I would make sure you don't over dilute.

You want 100% but I can't go that high because anything is possible when you do drugs.

FBR, thanks for the quick reply. I think i'll do a morning dry run tomorrow using the dilution method without the pills and see where I stand on a home test. Rather a darker line but I read somewhere because of the nature of the test, you can get a faint line even if its been months. I'm not too worry about over diluting it. I take a multi-vitamins everyday and must drink 24-32oz in the morning and another 24oz in the afternoon...My piss stays yellow untill the afternoon, they it starts to clear up..

Another thing that you should consider is your level of physical activity and your fiber intake. Have you been exercising enough for the past two week? Now is the time to do a lot of cardio and eat a lot of leafy greens and other foods that contain fiber. You cannot merely rely on liquid dilution or over the counter products.

Hit the treadmill, ride your bike, get a good workout and sweat a lot. I mean do this today, tomorrow and every day until your test. This will kick start your metabolism and assist the detox agents in the flushing. Think of it like you are a boxer cutting weight for a fight, except that you will continue replenishing your liquids.

An extremely low carbohydrate diet - NO ALCOHOL, either - helps enormously, although obviously you are too close to the test date for that. Burn those fat cells and release the THC metabolites. Quit about a week out and go the other way - high carbs an no exercise.

Does having a lot of sex count? I was working out a lot up till Aug 16. I got into a bad car wreck, and wrecked my 07 Grand Prix GXP. Lets not go there..hehe... Since then, I was unable to do anything physical because I pulled some back muscles from working out 3 days after my accident. And I needed to make sure my back was good before my armed serviers physical.

I do eat about 4-5 times a day, small meals...And most of it low fat/ high fiber diet. Isn't it a bad idea to exercise that close to my due date? I mean, i'm taking my test this thursday morning around 8-9am. I would think, my cut would be tomorrow for any exercise...

On a side note... I did mail out one of my neg home test results to a lab(I marked pos for THC) Gave them a call and it indeed came back neg from their lab.... I've been doing a lot of worryin but I think i'm going to be ok...

My test is in 3 days..... Yesterday was my last day for alcohol till thursday night :)

If I couldn't smoke I couldn't go 3 days without boose.lol

didn't take the test last week.. its this sat... puts me at 40+ so i really should be good to go
