In the front of it, it say,
0.13-0.04-0.09
and in the back it says,
Nitrogen=0.13% (0.07% Ammoniacal Nitrogen and 0.06% Nitrate Nitrogen)
Available Phosphate=0.04%
Soluble Potash=0.09%
Says it can feed for up to 9 months, and the brand is Sta Green Premium Garden Mix with Fertelizer.

Soil help
If it can feed for up to 9 months then that is bad. What you want to do is put the soil in the pot. Then flush is like hell. Should take out some of the nutes. Then just make sure you don't use nutes for atleast 3 weeks when first planted.

Soil help
if you can find a soil mix that has manuare/humus mix and a bag of perlite the ratio is 2:1 and you will be fine. I had the same type of mix you are talking about and my plants went into Lockout. I had to change the medium, flush the plants and now they are snapping back.....most times you dont have to use nutes until the plants are about 20-30 days old.

So here are pictures of my plants, and soil.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my yellowish looking plant is looking good or not, I noticed it started kinda looking limp about 4 or so days after I put it in that pot with cheap soil, VERY CHEAP, so I was thinking to plant it in a big pot (the one it's going to be in till it's done) with that soil. Tell me if that would be a good idea.
And just wondering if my very green plant looks good???
and comment anything you want about the soil
Thanks for your help...
