Trucking School DOT Physical and Drug Screen

Hello Fellow Cannabis.com Memebers,

I'll Start By Asking Politely For Some Help From Those Experienced Out There. Is DOT test urine,hair,saliva,or blood?? I checked the Federal Website and all i saw Was Rules for Urinalysis. The last thread about this was in may of '04 andf thought maybe some ppl were going through a similar situation. Im a casual smoker 5'10" 175 lbs good physical shape. My Question is Pending The answer of what type of test it is, Would Dilution Suffice for Urine. I Leave on the 8th oif October today is The 12th of Sept. I drink lots of water and excersise regularly.

DOT only tests urine. As to your other questions, what is a casual smoker? Please give better details such as how many days a week, how many times each day, how much each time, quality, how long.....
